1. The lunch program strives to serve fresh, flavorful and nutritious foods daily made with wholesome and when possible local ingredients.
2. All food is cooked from scratch.
3. All you can eat, local, fresh salad bar, fruit and 1% organic milk.
4. All you can eat salad bar can be paired with lunch from home and are gluten-free.
5. Students can purchase fruit or milk only.
6. All beef, chicken on the bone, and nacho meat is hormone and antibiotic free.
7. The healthy menus offer whole-grain bread and brown rice
8. Great care and consideration are taken to avoid highly processed foods, high fructose corn syrup, chemicals, dyes and food additives.
