Tuition and Financial Aid

K-8 Tuition Rates for the 2024-2025 School Year:

Catholic Schools exists to form young people to be faithful disciples of Christ. Sacred Heart of Jesus is a Catholic School rooted in Scripture and the Traditions of the Roman Catholic Church. By providing an excellent Catholic education to our children, we are responding to God’s call to serve one another and share our gift of faith.

Tuition for 2024-25 includes all fees except lunches, school supplies, uniforms, after school care, fees for retreats, field-trips, the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade trips, and Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish sacramental celebrations.

Requirements for Actively Affiliated Catholic Families as defined by the Archdiocese of Denver: the family has been registered in our Parish for at least 6 months. The family verifiably contributed on a regular basis to the financial support of our Parish through the use of tithing envelopes or electronic means. The family attends Sunday Mass regularly and is involved in the activities, organizations or programs at our Parish.

Financial Aid / Tuition Reduction

Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Archdiocese of Denver are committed to working with all families who desire the transformational power of a Catholic education for their children. Studies reveal time and time again the advantages of Catholic education for students at all levels of income. For this reason, the Archdiocese of Denver and its related entities provide millions of dollars in scholarship money to students each year. Let’s talk and find a way to make Sacred Heart of Jesus affordable for you.

Limited Funds are available for  families whose need is verified through The Variable Tuition Program.

Students wait-listed for a class will be accepted in the following order:

  1. Siblings of current enrolled students from

  2. New students currently enrolled in Sacred Heart of Jesus Preschool from
    • Actively affiliated Sacred Heart of Jesus Parishioner families
    • Actively affiliated families of another Catholic parish

Assurance Statement of Compliance with the Purpose of Title IX Education Act

The Catholic school of the Archdiocese, under the jurisdiction of the Archbishop, and the direction of the superintendent, attest that none of the Catholic schools discriminates on the basis of sex in its admission policies, treatment of students or its employment practices. 

Non-Discrimination Policy

The Catholic schools of the Archdiocese of Denver, nuder the jurisdiction of Archbishop Samuel Aquila, and at the direction of the Superintendent of Catholic Schools admit students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the schools. Furthermore, Archdiocesan schools admit handicapped students in accord with the policy Admission, 4.2.1.
