The uniform at Sacred Heart of Jesus School reflects the importance of learning and our pride in being members of this school community. All uniform items are available for purchase at Dennis Uniform. Required belts, sock, and shoes can be purchased anywhere. Uniform shorts may be worn during the first sememster and after the fourth quarter begins. Students are not permitted to wear shorts on mass day. Occasionally, students will be allowed “dress down” days or “dress-up” days. Parents will be notified of these occasions in advance. Uniform items should be clearly marked with the student’s name. Parents are expected to monitor student dress to ensure compliance with the required uniform.
Homeroom Teachers will check for uniform compliance, if the student does not conform, they will be sent to the office for evaluation by the Principal. If we have the uniform item available, we will loan it for the day. Subsequent trips to the office for uniform violations will result in missing class and a meeting with the parents.
