Enrollment Process

Step 1: Visit Sacred Heart of Jesus School

The selection of a school for your child is an important decision. We welcome the opportunity to tell you about our school, give you a tour of our campus and provide you with the information you need.

Consider requesting for your child to shadow a current SHJ student. By shadowing a student for a whole or half day, your child will get a rich experience of day to day life at the school.

Step 2: Complete the Application

Application Checklist:

• Application for Admission Form
  • K- 8th
• Student Academic Records
• Birth Certificate
• Sacramental Records (if applicable)
• Parish Affiliation Form
• Immunization Records
• Registration Fee

Step 3: Enrollment and Registration

After your child’s application has been received and he/she has been accepted by Sacred Heart of Jesus School, you will complete tuition contract and registration via FACTS. Once these documents are signed, registration is complete.
