Enrollment Process

Sacred Heart of Jesus School has a three-step enrollment process. Our Admissions Coordinator will accompany your family through this entire process.

Step 1: Visit Sacred Heart of Jesus School

The selection of a school for your child is an important decision. We welcome the opportunity to tell you about our school, give you a tour of our campus and provide you with the information you need.

Consider requesting for your child to shadow a current SHJ student. By shadowing a student for a whole or half day, your child will get a rich experience of day to day life at the school.

Step 2: Complete the Application

Application Checklist:

  • Application for Admission Form
    • K- 8th
    • Early Learning Center
  • Student Academic Records
  • Birth Certificate
  • Sacramental Records (if applicable)
  • Parish Affiliation Form
  • Immunization Records
  • Registration Fee
Step 3: Enrollment and Registration

After your child’s application has been received and he/she has been accepted by Sacred Heart of Jesus School, you will receive a Smart Tuition form and Tuition Contract to sign. Once these documents are signed, registration is complete.

Wait-list Policy

Students wait-listed for a class will be accepted in the following order:

  1. Actively affiliated Sacred Heart of Jesus parish families
  2. Actively affiliated families of another parish
  3. Non-affiliated families
